The watch itself was pretty much fine, I think. No real complaints there. But customer service took a few days to get back to me about a simple question, which was kind of frustrating. Maybe it was just a busy week or something, but when you actually need help, that wait doesn’t feel great.

I ordered a watch from Watchmaxx.com the whole thing went smoothly. The price was really good, although sales tax got added at checkout, so the final total was a little higher than I originally expected. Shipping was fine too, nothing super fast or anything, but no real issues. I did have a question about duties since I’m outside the US, and support basically told me to check what my country might charge because those fees aren’t always included upfront. Fair enough, but it’s something I’d definitely recommend looking into before placing an order. In the end, the watch showed up as expected and I’m happy with it. I’d probably buy from them again, just with a closer eye on the taxes and possible duty fees next time.

They did end up matching the price, so that was good. It just felt kind of slow, and I’m not totally sure if that’s normal or if I just caught them at a busy time. Overall it worked out, but it wasn’t the smoothest process.

I bought a watch from WatchMaxx my main thought was, okay, what’s the warranty situation here? Since it’s not the same as walking into the brand’s own store, I wanted to make sure I wasn’t setting myself up for a headache later. Their warranty info was easy to understand, and when I had a question, support got back to me faster than I expected.

I haven’t actually had to use the warranty yet, so I can’t really say it’s perfect or give it a full 5 stars. But for what I paid, it feels like a fair deal. My only advice is to actually read what’s covered before you buy, because future-you will probably be glad you did

Got the watch yesterday it was in better condition than I expected. I don’t see any scratches at all and the box was fine too. I’m always a little skeptical because dealing with customer service can be such a hassle if something goes wrong, but thankfully I didn’t need to contact anyone. Really happy with it.
